Please send us an email at contact@esophoto.com with the details of your project and we will respond within 48 hours. Because we want to fully understand your vision, we will most likely send a questionnaire or ask to schedule a quick phone call. To officially book your session or event, we must receive the signed contract and the 25% retainer fee (see below). 

Your photography experience should be personal because it is our job to capture memories, not just visually beautiful shots to fill a portfolio. Because your photographs should best reflect these special moments for you and your loved ones, we would love to get to know you! Please expect a scheduled phone call or possibly an in-person meeting before your session or event date.

For any booking, we require a 25% retainer fee to hold the appointment. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, the retainer fee will be applied to the future date. Please contact us immediately if you may need to cancel or reschedule.

A few sneak peak photos will be sent within 48 hours of your portrait session or event. The remaining edited photos will be sent within 2-3 weeks; event photos will be sent within 4-6 weeks.
